Fredrik Nihlén

Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Nihlén joined Neonode in August 2021 from IFS Sverige AB (“IFS”) where he held the position of Finance Director IFS Nordics since 2019. Prior to joining IFS, Mr. Nihlén held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at Cinnober Financial Technology AB from 2018 to 2019. Before this Mr. Nihlén was with DIBS Payment Services, where he held the position of Head of Finance from 2016 to 2018 and Business Controller from 2013 to 2016.

Mr. Nihlén has a M.Sc. in Business Studies and Economics from Växjö University, Sweden.

Johan Swartz

Vice President Marketing & Sales

Prior to joining Neonode in 2020, Mr. Swartz served as Director and Head of Sales for Japan and South Asia at Fingerprint Cards AB between 2017 and 2020. Before this Johan held several sales management positions at Ericsson AB, most recently as Head of Sales and Business Management, North East Asia for Business Unit Support Solutions between 2011 and 2016.

Mr. Swartz has double B.Sc. degrees in Business Administration and East Asian Studies from the University of Stockholm, Sweden.

Peter Friedrichsen

Vice President Marketing & Sales Automotive

Prior to joining Neonode in 2024, Mr. Friedrichsen served as CEO at Dirac Research AB between 2021 and 2023. Before this Mr. Friedrichsen worked in or with several technology based companies and ventures in their commercial scale-up. Between 2006 and 2019 Mr. Friedrichsen served as the CEO of Bergenstråhle Group AB, a boutique intellectual property law firm working as strategic advisors to technology based companies.

Mr. Friedrichsen has a M.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Alexander Jubner

Vice President Engineering

Mr. Jubner joined Neonode in 2013 and has been in charge of the company's technology roadmap since 2014. Prior to joining Neonode, Mr. Jubner held various leading positions in Sweden and abroad, ranging from technology and product development to sales, and business development.

Helena Börjesson

Vice President People & Culture

Mrs. Börjesson joined Neonode in August 2022, she has over 20 years’ experience working in various human resource roles for engineering and IT companies, such as Vattenfall, SNC Lavalin, Atkins and most recently Assa Abloy.

Carl-Olof Nydén

Vice President Operations

Mr. Nydén joined Neonode in September 2023. He has an extensive leadership experience in supply chain, sourcing, and operations, from several industry areas including telecom, cold-chain, construction material, audio and semiconductor.

Mr. Nydén previously served in various management and director positions at Ericsson, SonyEricsson, Perlos, Cembrit and Envirotainer.
